Spanish airline Volotea <\/strong>inaugurated this Thursday a new route connecting Menorca with Brest-Bretagne Airport, where it also celebrated the opening of its new base, the ninth in France and which joins the 21 bases that the airline has in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this new route, operated exclusively by Volotea, the airline plans to offer around 20,000 seats on approximately 108 flights, with a frequency of twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing with the strategy of connecting with direct flights, as well as with the connectivity with the islands and the recovery of international routes, Volotea adds with this, 13 destinations from Menorca: Spain (A Coru\u00f1a, Asturias, Bilbao, Murcia, San Sebastian, Santander and Zaragoza) and France (Brest-Bretagne, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier and Nantes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“At Volotea, we continue to strengthen our strategy of connecting the islands with the European mainland, offering innovative destinations to our customers. We are very pleased to launch this new route linking Menorca with our new base in Brest, Brittany, France,” said Gabriel Schmilovich Isgut, Volotea’s Chief Strategy Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
