Assist Card<\/strong>, a multinational travel assistance company with more than 50 years of presence in Latin America, announced a commercial agreement with LATAM Airlines <\/strong>Group, through which customers will be able to access all its products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This agreement will initially reach passengers of the subsidiaries in Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador, and subsequently the subsidiary in Paraguay, and will be expanded to Argentina and Uruguay. The products will be available on the group’s international and domestic flights in these markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LATAM passengers who purchase Assist Card products will receive personalized attention 24 hours a day through all the company’s communication channels, from the mobile App, WhatsApp and website, allowing the customer to obtain a self-managed experience; and they will also have the possibility of contacting the Contact Center and approaching the commercial points, both boutique and in the main airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are proud to have two regional leaders join together in a powerful agreement; together with the LATAM group we hope to capitalize on this growing interest in protected travel. The objective is to provide peace of mind and security to the millions of passengers of the LATAM group, so that both in their international and domestic travels they can be protected against certain unforeseen events that may occur, whether the need for medical attention or other related eventualities at destination,” said Daniel Escol\u00e1, Country Manager of Assist Card Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“With this new alliance we seek to improve the experience of customers in the region, who can add their travel assistance on latam.com, supported by Assist Card, whose focus is precisely on delivering excellent service, in addition to accumulating LATAM Pass miles,” said Mark Lamac, Director of Ancillary of LATAM Airlines Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LATAM currently has operations to 149 destinations in 26 countries and is the only airline group in the region that connects South America with 4 other continents: North America, Europe, Oceania and Africa. In 2023, the company mobilized close to 74 million passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist Card, on the other hand, provides direct travel assistance services in more than 190 countries on five continents, with multilingual personalized attention at any time and place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LATAM mileage accrual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, by purchasing Assist Card products through LATAM, passengers will be able to earn qualifying miles and points to continue flying and reaching elite categories. This is in addition to the value proposition that latam.com offers its passengers, where all products in addition to the airline ticket earn miles and qualifying points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
