In this way, the airline strengthens its presence in the Peruvian and regional market and reaffirms its commitment to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This remarkable growth achieved in just two years is a reflection of our consolidation in the Peruvian market and our commitment to grow tourism and improve connectivity in the country and the region. We are very pleased to celebrate our second anniversary in Peru and to be one of the airlines preferred by Peruvians, standing out for our punctuality, efficiency and low prices. We have transported more than three million passengers in such a short time, a clear demonstration of the trust that Peruvians have placed in us,&#8221; said Francesca Luna, JetSMART&#8217;s general manager in Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2024\/04\/jetsmart-launches-new-route-lima-and-pereira.html\">JetSMART launches new route Lima and Pereira<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its arrival in the country in June 2022, the airline has enabled 310,247 passengers to access air transportation for the first time, or more than 10% of the total number of passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline currently operates a fleet of seven latest-generation Airbus A320neo aircraft, to which an eighth aircraft will be added on July 1, enabling it to achieve its plans to reach an average of 167 weekly frequencies, considering both domestic and international routes, by the end of the third quarter of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JetSMART currently offers eight domestic and eight international direct routes, in addition to 39 international routes with connections from Peru. This wide range of options has facilitated air transportation for millions of Peruvians and strengthened the airline&#8217;s presence in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To celebrate this important anniversary, JetSMART has launched a special promotion with up to 35% discount on domestic and international flights.
