This winter, Delta Air Lines <\/strong>will offer more travel options from Minneapolis-Saint Paul, including new routes to the islands of St. Maarten and Aruba and more flights to Grand Cayman and San Juan, Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As the leading carrier from MSP to Latin America and the Caribbean, we’re looking forward to increasing our seats to these popular destinations, offering unmatched convenience and expanded choices for our customers,” said Joe Esposito, Delta\u2019s Senior Vice President \u2013 Network Planning. “With the addition of Aruba, St. Maarten and recently added Mazatl\u00e1n, customers have three brand-new sunny destinations to look forward to this winter.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service to Aruba will begin on December 19 and will operate twice weekly, on Fridays and Sundays, on Boeing 757-200 aircraft with a capacity of 199 passengers: 20 in First Class, 29 in Delta Comfort+ and 150 in main cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flight to St. Maarten will be available starting December 20 on Thursdays and Saturdays and will be operated with Boeing 757-200 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta is also increasing its services to Grand Cayman with an additional weekly flight, totaling three, and to San Juan with two more weekly trips, totaling 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these new routes and increased frequencies, Delta will operate 126 flights and offer more than 20,000 seats per week from Minneapolis-Saint Paul to 15 destinations this winter, including Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Liberia (Costa Rica) and Montego Bay (Jamaica).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
