This edition had the participation of more than 21 million passengers, from more than 100 nationalities, highlighting its magnitude and relevance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This award demonstrates Volotea&#8217;s commitment in four key areas: offering unique connectivity between small and medium-sized cities in Europe, constant improvement to meet customer expectations, the comfort and quality of its aircraft interiors, and above all, the friendliness and professionalism of its crews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2024\/06\/volotea-and-grupo-abra-announce-joint-venture-to-strengthen-connectivity-between-europe-and-latin-america.html\">Volotea and Grupo Abra announce Joint Venture to strengthen connectivity between Europe and Latin America<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are very pleased to receive this recognition from Skytrax for another year. Since we launched Volotea in 2012, we have focused on offering our passengers a great flight experience, always at very competitive prices, and we have already achieved this for more than 60 million travelers across Europe,&#8221; commented Carlos Mu\u00f1oz, founder and CEO of Volotea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having achieved record Net Promoter Score (NPS) scores for the year, reaching 40 points by the end of May, and with 9 out of 10 customers recommending the airline, this recognition reaffirms Volotea&#8217;s leading position as a low-cost carrier in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline adds this award to a growing list of achievements, including obtaining a four-star rating for 2024, also from Skytrax. In addition, Volotea received in March, at the World Travel Awards, the award for &#8216;Europe&#8217;s Leading Low Cost Airline 2024&#8217;, adding this recognition to those already achieved in 2021
