Iberia and SEPLA<\/strong> sealed this Monday an agreement which represents an important evolution in the current X Agreement and which implies extending its validity until December 31, 2027. As a result of the negotiation, a model is implemented that allows the company to better share its benefits with its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to this agreement, pilots will receive additional income based not only on financial results, but also when objectives linked to operational excellence are achieved: punctuality, NPS (customer satisfaction level) and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
