Passengers traveling with LATAM Airlines<\/strong> on international or domestic flights in Brazil now have access to live TV in partnership with Claro tv+ and Globo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative seeks to offer the best experience to customers accessing LATAM Play on board the company’s Airbus A320 aircraft. The most complete in-flight entertainment platform in South America now includes real-time programs from Globo, GloboNews, Multishow and Gloob channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the channels, customers simply activate \u201cAirplane Mode\u201d on their mobile device after boarding, connect to the \u201cLATAM Play\u201d Wi-Fi network, scan the QR code on the seat in front of them or go to www.play.latam.com and select the \u201cLive TV\u201d option from the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Paulo Miranda, LATAM Group Vice President of Customers, the initiative brings together the expertise of Brazilian companies that are a reference in offering quality content in real time. \u201cThis partnership with leaders in technology and communication brings our customers the best Brazilian television content and further extends the advantage of our LATAM Play as the most complete in-flight entertainment platform in South America,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs a reference in TV, here at Claro we always want to deliver the best and most complete experience and we believe this novelty will ensure that LATAM customers have access to Globo’s channels with the best possible quality,\u201d said Fernando Magalh\u00e3es, Claro’s Director of Programming and Content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGlobo’s goal is to bring its content to as many people as possible, either through our own platforms or through distribution partnerships, such as the one we have with LATAM. We are happy to bring quality entertainment and information to the public, wherever they are, at every moment of their journey,\u201d said Fernando Ramos, Globo’s Director of Strategic Distribution Partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The live streaming of Globo, GloboNews, Multishow and Gloob channels joins the content available on Disney+, HBO Max and Paramount+, consolidating LATAM as the first airline group in South America to offer four in-flight entertainment platforms to passengers. In total, the airline offers more than 240 movies, 740 series episodes, 1,500 songs and children’s and reading content for passengers to enjoy during their travels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
