In this context of growth, the airline incorporates its eighth Airbus A320neo aircraft, which will begin flying this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new aircraft, which will have the image of two Peruvian alpacas on its tail, will allow the airline to increase its operating capacity and improve its connectivity both domestically and internationally, taking an important step in its consolidation as the leading and fastest growing ultra low cost airline in South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2024\/09\/jetsmart-joins-american-airlines-aadvantage-program.html\">JetSMART joins American Airlines AAdvantage program<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the addition of the eighth aircraft in Peru, we will increase domestic and international frequencies. This is further proof of our long-term commitment to the country. In only two years and three months of operation in the country, we have already added eight aircraft, eight domestic routes and six international routes. Our growth plan does not stop. With a growing fleet and a focus on low fares, we continue to advance in our commitment to greater connectivity and tourism development for Peruvians,\u201d said Estuardo Ortiz, CEO of JetSMART.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, as part of this growth, JetSMART expands its offer of destinations through connecting flights. Now, Peruvian passengers will be able to fly, for example, to Mendoza via Santiago de Chile, increasing connectivity options in the region in an efficient and convenient way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JetSMART Peru&#8217;s eight aircraft are identified on their tails with the Hummingbird, Flamingo, Owl, Carancho, Green Turtle, Black Woodpecker, Wattled Cat and now Alpacas.
