Spanish airline LEVEL <\/strong>announced on Tuesday its first open call for the selection and recruitment of Airbus A330-qualified and non-qualified co-pilots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This selection process responds to the increase in staffing planned as part of the airline’s expansion and growth plan in view of obtaining its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and the announced fleet increase, which will reach eight aircraft by 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process has already started and will run for the next two weeks. To apply, candidates need to register on LEVEL’s recruitment platform, careers.flylevel.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To apply, you must have a valid EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) license with Airbus fly-by-wire (FBW) type rating, a minimum of 1,000 flight hours (long-haul and\/or Airbus A330 experience will have priority), Class 1 medical certificate and ICAO Operational English level 4 or higher, among other requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once selected, the usual hiring procedures will be followed, with different tests, interviews and evaluation in a simulator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful selection process for cabin crew members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEVEL has also carried out a call for the selection of cabin crew (TCP), receiving more than a thousand applications from people interested in joining the team. The registration process is now closed after only a few days of activity and after exceeding expectations in terms of the number of applications received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the great reception among this professional group, the company plans to open new recruitment opportunities to join the airline in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
