{"id":170005,"date":"2024-12-09T14:30:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T14:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=170005"},"modified":"2024-12-09T23:15:30","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T23:15:30","slug":"porter-airlines-landing-in-san-diego-and-palm-springs-for-the-first-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2024\/12\/porter-airlines-landing-in-san-diego-and-palm-springs-for-the-first-time.html","title":{"rendered":"Porter Airlines landing in San Diego and Palm Springs for the first time"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Canada&#8217;s <strong>Porter Airlines <\/strong>is launching nonstop service to San Diego and Palm Springs from Toronto this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route to San Diego took off this Monday, marking the start of the airline&#8217;s annual service with four weekly flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seasonal flights to Palm Springs will begin on December 12 with three weekly frequencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2024\/11\/porter-airlines-inaugurates-flights-between-montreal-and-fort-myers.html\">Porter Airlines inaugurates flights between Montreal and Fort Myers<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both routes will be operated on Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a single-class capacity of 132 passengers in a 2-2 configuration, with no intermediate seats. The airline will offer free WiFi on these flights for all passengers and include a selection of snacks, beer and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cExpanding into more destinations in Southern California is part of our commitment to provide more options to our passengers. We are proud to offer passengers the convenience of non-stop connections and the comfort of Porter\u2019s elevated economy experience\u201d, Edmond Eldebs, senior vice president and chief commercial officer, Porter Airlines said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers will be able to connect seamlessly to other destinations in the airline&#8217;s network at Toronto-Pearson or to other U.S. destinations with
