During January 2025, the airline experienced significant growth in its capacity and passenger traffic, solidifying its position as one of the leading airlines in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Growth in Air Capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group increased its consolidated capacity by 9.5% compared to the same month in 2024. This increase, measured in available seat-kilometers (ASK), was driven by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 12.0% rise in international supply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 9.2% growth in the domestic supply of LATAM Airlines Brazil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the company resumed international flights from Porto Alegre (Brazil) to Santiago (Chile) and Lima (Peru).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2025\/02\/latam-to-build-latin-americas-largest-vip-lounge-at-sao-paulo-guarulhos-airport.html\">LATAM to Build Latin America\u2019s largest VIP Lounge at S\u00e3o Paulo-Guarulhos Airport<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increase in Passenger Traffic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consolidated passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger-kilometers (RPK), saw an 8.3% increase compared to January 2024. As a result, the consolidated load factor reached 84.7%, indicating high demand for LATAM&#8217;s services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During January, the airline transported 7.5 million passengers, marking a 5.8% growth compared to the same period the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expansion in Air Cargo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the cargo segment, LATAM also experienced positive growth. The group&#8217;s capacity, measured in available ton-kilometers (ATK), increased by 6.4%, reaching 701 million ATK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These results reflect LATAM Airlines&#8217; growth and expansion
