However, for this project to materialize, changes in regulation, modernization of airspace, and reforms in planning policy are needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Woldbye, CEO of Heathrow, stated: &#8220;2025 has started just as we expected: with record-breaking passenger numbers and a boost to trade and investment across the UK.
