Starting March 30, 2025, passengers will enjoy greater flexibility when traveling between the Baltic countries and the Netherlands, as well as improved access to international destinations through one of Europe&#8217;s major hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More Flights, More Connectivity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this expansion in its route offerings, airBaltic will operate three daily flights between Riga and Amsterdam, as well as two daily flights between Tallinn and Amsterdam, and Vilnius and Amsterdam. This expansion responds to growing demand and strengthens regional connectivity, benefiting both business travelers and tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2025\/02\/airbaltic-inaugurates-new-direct-route-between-tallinn-and-barcelona.html\">airBaltic Inaugurates New Direct Route Between Tallinn and Barcelona<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic, emphasized the importance of this expansion: &#8220;As the leading airline in the Baltic States, our commitment is to provide the best global connectivity from the region. Amsterdam is one of the most popular destinations in our network, and by analyzing market trends and passenger demand, we have identified that increasing flight frequency is a key strategic step. This expansion not only offers more connection options to our customers but will also attract more tourists from around the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modern Fleet and High-Speed Internet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline operates one of the youngest fleets in Europe, consisting exclusively of Airbus A220-300 aircraft. Currently, airBaltic has 50 aircraft of this model and plans to double its fleet to reach 100 units by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>airBaltic has become the first European airline to provide high-speed internet via SpaceX Starlink on its flights. It is expected that the entire Airbus A220-300 fleet will be equipped with this service before the end of the year, allowing passengers to enjoy uninterrupted connectivity during their
