GOL will use its fleet of Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft for this connection, state-of-the-art planes with a capacity of 186 passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flights will depart Sao Paulo at 17:05, arriving in Caracas at 22:10 (local time). From Venezuela\u2019s main airport, flights will take off at 23:40, landing in Guarulhos at 06:55 the following day (local time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets are already available for purchase on GOL\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2025\/04\/gol-inaugurates-new-direct-route-between-recife-and-cordoba.html\">GOL Inaugurates New Direct Route Between Recife and Cordoba<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of Plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In January, the airline had announced its return to Venezuela with the Brasilia-Bogota-Caracas route starting March 31. However, in February, it suspended ticket sales, stating the decision was due to adjustments in its network and that this did not alter the company\u2019s plans to fly to Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, the airline decided to change its plans and resume the non-stop route between Sao Paulo and Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return to Venezuela<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GOL suspended its flights to Venezuela in 2016 due to the inability to repatriate funds caused by the Venezuelan government\u2019s strict currency controls.
