Delta Air Lines and LATAM Airlines Group <\/strong>have announced the expansion of their Joint Venture (JV) to include Argentina, solidifying an alliance that has already seen two years of success. This extension will allow passengers to access a combined network of over 200 destinations across the United States, Canada, and Argentina, significantly improving travel options and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Routes, More Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With Argentina joining the agreement, passengers from this South American country will gain direct access to Delta\u2019s extensive North American network while earning miles in both airlines\u2019 frequent flyer programs: Delta SkyMiles and LATAM Pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement reaffirms both companies\u2019 commitment to delivering greater value, service, and connectivity to users across the region. This step not only increases route availability but also streamlines travel between the southern and northern parts of the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elite members of both programs will also enjoy exclusive perks, including access to Delta and LATAM VIP lounges, priority check-in and boarding, increased baggage allowances, and complimentary seat selection\u2014all designed to enhance the experience for frequent travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benefits for Cargo Operations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The JV expansion isn\u2019t limited to passenger travel. Cargo operations between Argentina, the United States, and Canada will also be strengthened.
