The airline announced the signing of an agreement with <strong>BOC Aviation Limited<\/strong> for the long-term lease of nine <strong>Airbus A320neo <\/strong>aircraft, which will be delivered in 2027. This acquisition is part of the company\u2019s fleet renewal plan and reinforces its commitment to operational efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agreement Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal was finalized between BOC Aviation and Airbus, which will supply the aircraft equipped with CFM LEAP-1A engines, known for their fuel-efficient performance and reduced environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2025\/05\/avianca-inaugurates-new-non-stop-route-between-bogota-and-dallas.html\">Avianca Inaugurates New Non-Stop Route Between Bogot\u00e1 and Dallas<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steven Townend, CEO and Managing Director of BOC Aviation, highlighted the importance of this partnership: &#8220;We are pleased to work with Avianca once again as it expands its network in the rapidly growing Latin American markets. These deliveries position us well for future growth as we continue to expand our industry-leading, state-of-the-art fleet.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avianca Strengthens Strategic Relationship with BOC Aviation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not the first agreement between the two companies. The relationship between Avianca and BOC Aviation has grown stronger over the years, and this new deal reaffirms their mutual trust and shared vision for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francisco Raddatz, Chief Procurement Officer of the ABRA Group, Avianca\u2019s parent company, commented: &#8220;We are pleased to reaffirm our strategic relationship with BOC Aviation through this agreement.
