Emirates <\/strong>has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Crypto.com <\/strong>to integrate the Crypto.com Pay payment gateway into its transaction systems. The integration is scheduled for next year and represents a significant step toward the adoption of cryptocurrency payment solutions in the aviation industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement was signed in the presence of key figures such as His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, and Michael Doersam, Chief Financial and Services Officer of the Group. The document was signed by Adnan Kazim, Emirates\u2019 Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy President, and Mohammed Al Hakim, Head of Crypto.com\u2019s operations in the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adnan Kazim emphasized that this partnership reflects Emirates\u2019 commitment to adapting to its customers\u2019 evolving preferences and attracting a younger audience familiar with digital assets. “This initiative aligns with Dubai\u2019s vision to lead global financial innovation, offering our customers greater flexibility and more options when paying for their travels,” Kazim stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to jointly expanding our crypto offerings in the Gulf.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration between the two companies will not be limited to technological integration. It also includes the development of promotional campaigns to raise awareness and encourage the use of this payment method among users.
