The Dominican airline Arajet <\/strong>reached its highest performance in history during July, setting record numbers for both passengers carried and sales, solidifying its position as a key player in Caribbean commercial aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passenger Record: Over 140,000 in a Single Month<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to data published by the Civil Aviation Board of the Dominican Republic, Arajet transported 128,178 passengers in July, excluding transit travelers. Including the latter, which numbered around 15,000, the company surpassed the 140,000-passenger threshold for the first time in a single month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This achievement positioned Arajet as the third-largest airline in the country by passenger volume, trailing only JetBlue (463,000) and American Airlines (216,000). For the first time, the Dominican airline outperformed Delta (126,000), United (123,000), and Copa Airlines (112,000), consolidating its rise in the competitive regional market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arajet accounted for an impressive 80% of passenger air travel among Dominican airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sky High ranked second with 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Century, Red Air, and Panorama Jets shared the remaining 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
