Furthermore, six more will be added in 2026, bringing the total fleet to 19 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luna underscored the regional impact: &#8220;If we look at destinations like Mexico, we have grown by almost 200% since our launch. The same applies to Guatemala, Costa Rica, and we are now seeing the phenomenon in Argentina, where we will end the year with 20 weekly flights.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Destinations and Enhanced Connectivity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its expansion plan, Arajet will focus efforts on increasing frequencies on routes with high seasonal demand and optimizing connection times between strategic markets. Among the announced destinations are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orlando, Chicago, and Boston (service starting between October and November).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina (starting December).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy aims to strengthen the position of Santo Domingo and Punta Cana as key platforms for tourism, business, and family reunification across the entire region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2025\/08\/arajet-achieves-record-passenger-and-sales-figures-in-july.html\">Arajet Achieves Record Passenger and Sales Figures in July<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment to Dominican Republic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the words of Pacheco M\u00e9ndez: &#8220;We were born with a clear mission: to democratize the skies of the Americas so that more people can travel, more often and better connected, with a simple, safe, and punctual experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Arajet employs over 700 direct staff, with more than 50% of managerial positions held by women. The airline also continues to invest in training local pilots and technicians, while supporting sports, cultural, and culinary initiatives that project the Dominican Republic as a leading destination on the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Future of a Regional Hub<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company is working in alliance with authorities, airports, and industry partners to consolidate the Dominican Republic as the heart of air traffic in the hemisphere.
