This recruitment drive is part of its annual hiring season, launched under the motto “We take care of you. Global Expansion with a Focus on Latin America<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The company is seeking Captains and First Officers to join its operations across five continents, with a strong presence in Europe, where pilots from nearly all EASA member states are already employed. This year, Avion Express will place special emphasis on Latin America, with opportunities in Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, among other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Kristina Mateikaite-Riepsiene, Head of Crew Recruitment at Avion Express, the company’s global network and the nature of the ACMI model offer valuable professional opportunities for those seeking to acquire diverse flight experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“What we hear from the pilots flying with us is that the ACMI model is an ideal environment for developing strong skills and advancing their careers,” explained Mateikaite-Riepsiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Our activity intensifies in Europe during the summer and shifts towards Latin America and Asia in the winter,” noted Mateikaite-Riepsiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s campaign highlights the essence of the ACMI service under the motto “We take care of you. We take care of everything.” This model includes the provision of aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance to other airlines, allowing them to adjust their operational capacity based on seasonal or temporary needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The motto reflects what ACMI truly represents: a system where all aspects of the operation are covered. For Avion Express pilots, this means flying in different regions and representing partner airlines, with all logistical details —transfers, accommodation, training, and operational support— managed by the company. Thus, they can fully concentrate on what they do best: flying,” concluded Mateikaite-Riepsiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
