Behind the scenes, Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) will deploy an unprecedented logistical and culinary operation: serving more than 300,000 meals to delegations from 98 countries, including aviation executives, ministers, military representatives, and international visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two Central Kitchens Built from Scratch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this feat, EKFC has built two complete central kitchens in just two weeks. These facilities are strategically located between the exhibition building and the chalets, and are equipped with refrigerated chambers, washing areas, storage zones, independent power supply, and specialized spaces for pastry, cold kitchen, and central production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, infrastructure for staff has been set up, such as dining halls, registration centers, wellness shops, rest areas, and uniform distribution centers. Each pavilion will feature customized menus, prepared by chefs specialized in regional cuisines.
