The unveiling took place during the airline&#8217;s 30th-anniversary celebration at London Luton Airport, marking the culmination of a design process that spanned over two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative began in March 2023, with the goal of creating a versatile, comfortable, and elegant clothing collection, adapted to the climatic conditions at easyJet&#8217;s 33 European bases. The design needed to incorporate functional elements for both warm and cold climates, without losing the company&#8217;s style or visual identity, including a nod to the brand&#8217;s characteristic orange color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Collaborative and Technical Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tailored Image, which secured the uniform contract in 2020, led a meticulous process that included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gathering feedback from brand ambassadors and customers on the previous uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical evaluation of each garment by the Innovation &amp; Technical team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Multiple wearer trials to validate materials, comfort, and performance in service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each stage was designed to ensure the final result would exceed the easyJet team&#8217;s expectations, both in functionality and aesthetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2025\/10\/easyjet-strengthens-presence-in-morocco-with-new-base-in-marrakech-from-2026.html\">EasyJet Strengthens Presence in Morocco with New Base in Marrakech from 2026<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efficient Delivery to Over 14,000 Employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As of November 2025, the new uniform has been successfully distributed to more than 14,000 staff members, including pilots and cabin crew. This mass delivery was made possible through coordination between Tailored Image&#8217;s customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams, in addition to its online ordering system, which has been recognized for its efficiency and ease of use, comparable to a retail shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natalie Puncher, easyJet&#8217;s Customer and Standards Manager and project lead, stated: &#8220;I am incredibly proud to launch our new pilot and crew uniform just as we celebrate our 30th year. Our focus for these three decades has been making travel easy, not just for the 100 million customers we carry every year across Europe, but also for the thousands of colleagues who give them a warm welcome and a fantastic onboard experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment to Sustainability: Recycling the Previous Uniform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>easyJet has also announced its intention to recycle or donate 100% of the retired items from the previous uniform. As part of this initiative, thousands of items still suitable for use will be donated to charities in the regions where the airline operates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first concrete action will be in collaboration with the Luton-based organization Level Trust, which will receive a significant donation to bolster its Uniform Exchange program. This effort aims to support UK families facing financial hardship by facilitating access to suitable school clothing for older students in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new uniform represents not just an aesthetic evolution for easyJet, but also a commitment to functionality, sustainability, and the well-being of its team.
