This step marks the start of a modernization that will cover all 22 aircraft of this model, with the installation of four additional Economy Class seats. According to the plan, the conversion will be completed before June 2026, at a pace of one aircraft every five working days. This redesign implies less onboard mass per flight. The airline will apply the new provisioning process across the entire fleet, which will allow for an annual reduction of 5 million kilograms in catering weight and a potential savings of up to 160,000 kilograms of fuel per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Staff Involvement and Passenger Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KLM Cityhopper employees have collaborated in this improvement to ensure a practical cabin for the crew. Despite the changes, the level of comfort and onboard offerings remain unchanged, according to official information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more seats, less weight, and more efficient use of resources, KLM Cityhopper combines operational performance with lower environmental impact.
