This strategic expansion aims to bolster connectivity between Spain and the New Aquitaine region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Consolidation at Limoges-Bellegarde Airport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The rollout of these routes follows the development of Volotea\u2019s new base at Limoges-Bellegarde Airport (LIG), which was inaugurated last February. This facility has been positioned as the carrier&#8217;s 12th base in France and its 21st across Europe, marking a significant milestone in the low-cost carrier\u2019s (LCC) network growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these new connections, the airline will facilitate passenger flow between major Spanish economic and tourist hubs and southwestern France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Connectivity with Catalonia and the Balearic Islands<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Barcelona:<\/strong> The route from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) will commence on May 21.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frequencies:<\/strong> It will operate with a twice-weekly frequency on Thursdays and Sundays, with over 14,000 seats available for sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Palma de Mallorca:<\/strong> This direct link from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) will start on May 22.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frequencies:<\/strong> The service will feature two weekly frequencies on Mondays and Fridays, offering more than 14,000 seats for the season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mahon:<\/strong> Service from Mahon Airport (MAH) in Menorca will begin on June 26.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frequencies:<\/strong> Consistent with the Palma route, it will operate on Mondays and Fridays with a capacity of over 14,000 seats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reinforcement in the Costa del Sol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Malaga:<\/strong> The connection from Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) will be activated on July 1 and will remain available throughout the summer season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variable Frequencies:<\/strong> During July, the route will operate with one weekly frequency on Wednesdays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peak Operations:<\/strong> In August, operations will double to two weekly frequencies on Wednesdays and Sundays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacity:<\/strong> In total, more than 4,650 seats will be offered on this
