According to Dieter Vranckx, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the Lufthansa Group, this strategic decision allows the Italian company to leverage a program with global reach, strengthening its competitive position and generating immediate synergies for its worldwide customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this step, the airline is deeply integrated into the parent company\u2019s commercial machinery, ensuring its operations align with the service and connectivity standards that characterize the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Program Benefits and Passenger Reach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting on the effective date, users will be able to register for the program directly through the airline&#8217;s web portal and mobile application. Direct benefits include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access to a Global Network:<\/strong> Members will be able to earn and redeem miles across the 35 airlines that make up the program&#8217;s network, as well as all Star Alliance member carriers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partner Ecosystem:<\/strong> Beyond flights, the program features more than 135 additional partners, including renowned hotel chains, car rental companies, and various consumer and retail brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexible Redemption:<\/strong> Accumulated miles can be redeemed for award Accumulation:<\/strong> New members can begin earning &#8220;Points&#8221; to reach or maintain frequent flyer status levels within the Lufthansa Group ecosystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benefits for Existing Members:<\/strong> The current 39 million Miles &amp; More members will also benefit, as they will be able to earn and use their miles across the Italian airline&#8217;s entire route
