Porter Airlines <\/strong>is set to become the launch airline at the new Montreal Metropolitan Airport <\/strong>starting June 15, introducing a network of 12 domestic routes that will transform connectivity in the region. This strategic move represents a 91% growth in the company’s seat capacity in the Montreal area, complementing its existing operations at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A New Strategic Hub in Saint-Hubert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The development of the new terminal (formerly known as Saint-Hubert Airport) is operated by YHU Infrastructure Partners. Its design focuses on efficiency and passenger comfort, offering an open-concept departure lounge and streamlined processes that significantly reduce wait times for travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in Longueuil, on Montreal’s South Shore, the airport provides a more convenient alternative for over 50% of the region’s population, facilitating quick access to the city center and key residential neighborhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
