When considering the Aena Group as a whole\u2014which includes the Spanish network, London Luton Airport (LTN), and 17 airports in Brazil\u2014the figure rises to 29.9 million passengers (+4.3%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two determining factors that have influenced this positive traffic behavior during the first quarter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modal Shift:<\/strong> An increase in passengers coming from the rail sector following the accident that occurred on January 18th.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calendar Effect:<\/strong> The celebration of Easter between March and April, unlike the previous year when it fell entirely in April, has incentivized travel during this period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>With a cumulative total of more than 81 million passengers across the Aena Group through March, the aviation industry shows solid resilience, supported by robust international connectivity and efficient management of aircraft movements,
