Viva positions itself as the first airline in Latin America to deploy advanced Electronically Steered Array (ESA) antennas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key features of the newly adopted technological infrastructure include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aerodynamic Design:<\/strong> The ESA antennas feature an ultra-low profile, measuring less than seven centimeters in thickness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multi-Orbital Access:<\/strong> Enables dynamic signal switching across the satellite network to guarantee maximum stability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proven Capacity:<\/strong> Connectivity provider SES already has more than 600 aircraft connected globally with this next-generation system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The system is currently operational on more than 10 of the carrier&#8217;s aircraft, allowing early adopters to experience premium, real-time browsing from takeoff to touchdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An Unrestricted Digital Cabin Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The incorporation of this high-bandwidth solution eliminates the traditional limitations of inflight Wi-Fi, turning the passenger cabin into a highly productive and entertainment-friendly space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this rollout, the airline&#8217;s passengers will be able to enjoy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Streaming and Gaming:<\/strong> Access video-on-demand platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, ViX, and Amazon Prime, as well as online video games without the need for pre-downloads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corporate Productivity:<\/strong> Work directly in the cloud, send large files, and collaborate in real time while en route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Live Broadcasts:<\/strong> Follow major global events in real time, such as the World Cup matches scheduled for this year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Constant Communication:<\/strong> Use social media and instant messaging services to stay seamlessly connected with family and friends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;For Viva, connectivity goes far beyond air travel. The company&#8217;s ultimate goal is to eventually integrate this technology across 100% of its operational assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This advancement significantly bolsters the service portfolio of the airline, which currently operates the youngest fleet in Mexico, comprising a total of 109 Airbus A320 and A321 narrowbody aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, Mike DeMarco, President of Mobility at SES, highlighted the value of this regional deployment, noting that the partnership with Viva sets the benchmark for the adoption of advanced connectivity across the Americas, ensuring fast and reliable access regardless of the flight&#8217;s destination or schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gradual introduction of high-speed internet consolidates Viva&#8217;s customer service strategy, raising
