Avianca<\/strong> has launched a new seasonal non-stop route connecting Guatemala City with San Francisco<\/strong>, United States. This temporary operation is a strategic move to boost the airline\u2019s connectivity ahead of the upcoming World Cup, which will be hosted in the US, facilitating passenger flow for both tourism and business travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new direct route will operate from June 1 through August 31, 2026. With this initiative, the carrier aims to strengthen its network in the United States, a market where its operational volume already exceeds 400 weekly flights across 14 active destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
