As it marks its centennial year, American Airlines<\/strong> is set to cement its legacy as the carrier with the largest flight network between the United States and Latin America and the Caribbean. The airline will reach a historic milestone of 100 regional destinations served out of Miami, adding its 99th and 100th destinations with new services to Maracaibo, Venezuela, and Cap-Ha\u00eftien, Haiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“American connects the United States to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America better than any other airline,” said Nat Pieper, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. “We are committed to meeting the needs of travelers by offering more flights to more destinations in the region than any other U.S. carrier.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maracaibo and Cap-Ha\u00eftien: New Network Additions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The addition of Maracaibo and Cap-Ha\u00eftien directly bolsters the airline’s footprint in key markets requiring efficient connectivity for business travel and VFR (Visiting Friends and Relatives) traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Flights to Venezuela<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Beginning July 14, the airline will launch flights to Maracaibo, providing the only nonstop service available from the United States. This new route aims to further foster commercial ties and strengthen connections with family and friends, complementing the carrier’s existing twice-daily service between Miami and Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
