Wingo <\/strong>launched its new nonstop route between Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda C\u00f3rdova International Airport <\/strong>\u2014which serves Medellin\u2014and Guatemala City<\/strong> on Thursday. With this operational milestone, the carrier consolidates its position as the only airline in the market offering direct, nonstop flights between the Antioquian capital and the Central American nation, significantly expanding direct travel alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new connection will operate three weekly frequencies, scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Aiming to maintain competitiveness in the ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) market, introductory fares are available starting at $119 USD per leg, a price that includes all mandatory fees and taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of this service represents a strategic step for Wingo\u2019s route network in Antioquia, considered one of the airline’s most vital hubs.
