The carrier stated that it expects to resume flights to the capital once authorities confirm that ideal operational safety and security conditions have been restored at the terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect passengers affected by this situation, a voluntary flexibility policy has been activated under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Passengers with active bookings on the Bogota\u2013Caracas route with travel dates scheduled between June 26 and July 15, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Reaccommodation at no additional cost on the new Bogota\u2013Valencia route, exempt from penalties or change fees.
