Kennedy International Airport (JFK)\u2014to relocate the entirety of its operations to the new facility starting in 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The move places the Indian carrier alongside a select group of 16 top-tier international operators that have already confirmed their presence at T6. The master plan calls for the construction of two brand-new terminals, the expansion and modernization of two existing facilities, a new unified ground transportation center, and a streamlined internal roadway network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T6 Development Timeline:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase One (2026):<\/strong> Opening of the initial gate allocation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Final Phase (2028):<\/strong> Complete terminal completion, opening of remaining gates, and full operational integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During the construction phase, Air India will continue uninterrupted operations out of JFK\u2019s Terminal 4.
