We continue to position our city as a strategic destination for tourism, business, and investment,&#8221; said Mayor Alejandro Char.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2026\/07\/riyadh-air-launches-direct-flights-to-madrid-and-signs-strategic-alliance-mou-with-air-europa.html\">Riyadh Air Launches Direct Flights to Madrid and Signs Strategic Alliance MoU with Air Europa<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route will operate three times weekly\u2014on <strong>Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays<\/strong>\u2014utilizing <strong>Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner <\/strong>aircraft configured for 296 passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scheduled Flight Timings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Madrid \u2013 Barranquilla:<\/strong> Departure from the Spanish capital at 15:25, with scheduled arrival in Barranquilla at 19:35.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Barranquilla \u2013 Madrid:<\/strong> Departure from the Colombian city at 21:35, landing in Madrid at 12:40 the following day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With the launch of these services, Air Europa reinforces a strategic commitment aimed at strengthening commercial and tourism ties between Colombia and Spain, substantially expanding direct connectivity between the
