In a significant step forward in the evolution of its passenger experience, Southwest Airlines <\/strong>disclosed plans for the creation of its first-ever airport lounge network. To carry out this project, the carrier has partnered with Chase, combining its customer service with the operational model and amenities of the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each venue will feature a sophisticated design, locally inspired dining options, and premium amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Tony Roach, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer and Brand Officer at Southwest Airlines, the addition of these facilities represents a strategic investment in the Rapid Rewards loyalty program and strengthens a 30-year commercial relationship with Chase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
