These new positions will join the center&#8217;s current workforce of 6,000 employees, cementing Wales&#8217;s and the UK&#8217;s role as a critical hub in international aerospace supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advanced Manufacturing Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core of the project integrates an advanced manufacturing ecosystem conceived with the direct participation of the plant&#8217;s own operators. Employees contributed to the ergonomic and technological integration to define the industrial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are not just talking about a production increase; we are installing the necessary infrastructure to support it. All over the world today, an A320 Family aircraft takes off or lands every two seconds, with wings designed and built in the UK. Investing in our capacity strengthens our industrial footprint, generates high-value jobs that support the broader British aerospace sector, and ensures we remain competitive for years to come.
