The airline continues to lead the region, making history as the first carrier in Africa to order the new 777-8 Freighter.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Status and Outlook for Ethiopian Airlines Cargo Fleet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the Ethiopian Airlines Cargo network serves more than 70 dedicated freight destinations across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Its dedicated operational freighter fleet comprises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 Boeing 777 Freighters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Boeing 767 Freighters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Boeing 737-800SF (Special Freighter) converted aircraft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The addition of these ten new twin-engine widebody freighters will enable Ethiopian Airlines to expand its global operational
