The route targets leisure, corporate, and academic travel demand to the French-speaking hub on Lake Geneva\u2014home to numerous international organizations and a primary gateway to the Alps, including Chamonix at the base of Mont Blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toronto \u2013 Birmingham, United Kingdom:<\/strong> The link will operate twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays) between June 22 and October 22, 2027. This service complements existing operations to London and Manchester, placing travelers in the heart of England with convenient access to Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebastian Ponce, Chief Revenue Officer at Transat, stated: &#8220;We want to develop a range of destinations that complement one another and offer travelers a variety of experiences. Our summer 2027 program combines opportunities to explore new regions of Europe with an expanded presence in markets we already serve. Faro becomes the third Portuguese airport served by the airline from Montreal, joining Lisbon and Porto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sint Maarten:<\/strong> The route will extend beyond the winter 2027 season to operate year-round, featuring one weekly flight on Saturdays during the summer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expansion from Quebec City<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these additions, the
