Avianca has requested authorization from Colombia’s Civil Aeronautics Authority to reactivate its flights between Bogota and Caracas, Venezuela.
The request indicates that the company plans to operate the route seven times per week with Airbus A319 and A320 jets.
→ Avianca to fly between San Jose and Washington, D.C. starting in July.
In the same request, Avianca also requested authorization to fly between Bogota and Cuzco, Peru, seven times per week.
The Colombian Civil Aeronautics indicated that a Public Hearing will be held on May 26th to consider the request submitted by the airline.
