Qatar Airways announced Wednesday that it will resume direct flights between Doha and Auckland (New Zealand) from September 1, 2023.
The route, one of the longest in the world, will operate daily flights on Airbus A350-1000 aircraft for 327 passengers (46 in Business Class and 281 in Economy Class).

“The direct service from Doha to Auckland augments a series of new routes announced in recent weeks and allows passengers from key European markets, including the United Kingdom and Ireland, to save time with this direct connection,” commented Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, His Excellency Akbar Al Baker.
With the largest global network in the region, Qatar Airways continues to lead the recovery in international air travel with more than 160 destinations worldwide.
