Porter Airlines inaugurates flights between Toronto and Los Angeles
Canada’s Porter Airlines inaugurated flights between Toronto and Los Angeles on Tuesday, promoting greater connectivity and cultural exchange between the two cities.
The route will operate one daily flight in Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a single-class capacity of 132 passengers in a 2-2 configuration, with no intermediate seats.
The airline offers free WiFi on this route for all passengers and includes a selection of snacks, beer and wine.For priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.

“The level of service Porter offers is something no other airline offers to economy passengers on this route. Our focus on delivering an elevated economy experience allows passengers to receive celebrity treatment before immersing themselves in the rich cultural scenes of Toronto and Los Angeles,” said Kevin Jackson, executive vice president and chief commercial officer of Porter Airlines.
Thanks to the recently announced partnership with Alaska Airlines, passengers will be able to connect via Los Angeles to 11 U.S. West Coast cities, including Portland, San Diego, Seattle and Phoenix.
