World2Fly announced this Monday that it will operate direct flights between Madrid and Rosario, Argentina, starting October 1, 2026. The Spanish airline is thereby strengthening its expansion strategy in the region, offering a competitive, non-stop alternative to the heart of the South American country.
The announcement was made by the Minister of Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini, during the International Tourism Fair (FIT), following the signing of the agreement with the company.
“This is the first time Rosario will have a direct flight to Europe. This positions the city as the third in Argentina to have this type of connection,” highlighted the Minister.
Operational Details
The service will operate with two weekly frequencies, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tickets will be available starting December 1, 2025, on World2Fly’s official website.

The route will be operated with an Airbus A350, an aircraft recognized for its efficiency, comfort standards, and commitment to sustainability.
Strengthening the Latin American Network
With this new addition, World2Fly expands its list of destinations in Latin America, which already includes Cancun (Mexico), Cali (Colombia), Santo Domingo and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), and Havana (Cuba).
Furthermore, starting in June, the airline will maintain operations to Mauritius Island and Zanzibar, destinations that were already part of its schedule last season.
A Strategic Move
The connection between Madrid and Rosario solidifies the company’s commitment to Latin America, offering a direct and comfortable option for travelers looking to connect Europe with the heart of Argentina, without the need for layovers.
