Discover Airlines has commenced operations between Frankfurt and Brindisi Airport in Italy. This new route not only represents a milestone for the leisure airline by connecting with this destination for the first time, but it also stands as the only direct connection available between both cities, strengthening connectivity with the Apulia region.
Inaugural Flight to Apulia Region
The inaugural flight departed from Frankfurt last Friday at 08:05 a.m. The service was operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft, which recorded a nearly full passenger load.
Following a flight time of approximately two hours, the aircraft landed on schedule in Brindisi, where both passengers and crew received a warm welcome.
Route Schedule Details
- Frequency: Two weekly direct flights.
- Operating Days: Mondays and Fridays.
- Service Period: From June until the end of October.
The launch of this direct route during the summer and autumn seasons will facilitate the flow of leisure travelers from the Frankfurt hub to southern Italy.
