KLM customers can apply for a refundable voucher (free of charge and for any reason) – for all tickets with scheduled departure until March 31, 2021, reported EuropaPress.
The airline has announced that its customers have the option to buy a new ticket with the bonus granted by the airline or request a refund.

The airline is confident that this measure will offer greater certainty and flexibility to customers by encouraging them to book and fly more.
In recent months, KLM has gradually restored its network by making safety a top priority and taking a wide range of precautions to ensure that its flights are safe for passengers and staff.

Masks are mandatory during boarding and throughout the flight, additional hygienic measures have been taken on board, and KLM’s aircraft are cleaned even more thoroughly. The air on board is constantly renewed with the help of HEPA filters.
KLM will be constantly alert and reactive to changing circumstances, often driven by the changing measures implemented by the authorities in the countries in which it operates.
The airline is receiving a large number of requests for reimbursement. It therefore appreciates the customers’ understanding and patience as it needs more time than usual to process these requests.
