WestJet and Vancouver International Airport announced that the airline’s new 787 Dreamliner aircraft is now operating five flights per week between Vancouver and Toronto, and as of November 5, it will be a daily flight.
Currently the airline is also operating three daily flights on this route with Boeing 737 aircraft, for a total of four daily flights, with the exception of Saturdays.
“The Dreamliner offers our passengers the highest standards of safety and health, as well as an extremely comfortable flying experience,” said John Weatherill, WestJet vice president of Network Planning and Revenue. “We are proud that our flagship aircraft is now flying in nonstop service between two of Canada’s major cities and two of our hub airports.
