For his part, the founder of World Travel Awards, Graham E. Cooke, has highlighted both recognitions. “Despite the unprecedented challenges facing the aviation industry this year, LATAM Airlines has demonstrated unparalleled resilience, enabling it to continue providing excellent customer service,” said Cooke.
The airline has ensured that it continues to develop improvements to the travel experience. Soon, customers in Colombia will join LATAM’s digital platform, which is already enjoyed by those in Chile and Ecuador. The company has also enhanced self-service services at airports, with printing kiosks, self-service baggage handling, remote executive assistance and contactless boarding.
