The Mexican airline Viva Aerobus permanently eliminates charges for flight changes with immediate effect. Passengers who need to change the date, time or route on national or international flights may do so without extra charges, paying only the fare difference, if any.

“This decision is the result of an active and constant listening to our passengers and their needs, with whom we maintain the commitment to support them in their economy; after all, our foundation 14 years ago was based on the vocation of making the possibility of flying available to everyone. It is time to adapt to the new reality and to approach the flexibility that we offer to our clients with more determination”, mentioned Juan Carlos Zuazua, General Director of Viva Aerobus.
This new policy of flexibility applies to the Viva Light, Viva Básico and Viva Smart combos and changes in destination, date or time may be made up to 4 hours before the flight.
This new flexibility policy of Viva Aerobus adds to the series of initiatives that the airline has established during the year with the objective of providing greater tranquility, trust and possibilities to access air transportation, taking care of the economy of its passengers, considering, above all, the current challenging context.
