Emirates has been awarded “Airline of the Year 2020” at the Aviation Business Awards. The airline was recognized for its resilience, agility and innovation in the face of the global pandemic.

It was also praised for its customer-centric approach, optimizing the use of its fleet to generate revenue, balancing the company’s imperatives with new health and safety protocols, while maintaining its industry-leading passenger experience.
Tim Clark, President of Emirates, was also honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award during the ceremony, which recognized his contributions to the aviation industry throughout his career.
