The Paris Air Show, which was scheduled to take place June 21-27 next year, has been canceled because of the crisis that the aerospace industry continues to endure, a spokesman for the French organizers said Monday.

“Obviously we are disappointed that we cannot hold the 2021 edition of the Paris Air Show. After many months of suspension from all trade show activities around the world, the international aerospace and defense community was very eager to meet. We have already begun work to ensure that the 2023 edition will celebrate the resurgence of the international aerospace industry,” said Patrick Daher, President of the Paris Air Show and President of the Daher Group.
Together with Great Britain’s Farnborough Airshow, with which it alternates every two years, the event is the largest showcase for the aviation industry.
