Laser Airlines resumes flights to Panama and the Dominican Republic.
Venezuelan airline Laser Airlines announced that it will resume flights to Panama City as from January 23 and to Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) as from January 27.

Flights to Panama City will operate on Mondays and Saturdays, departing from Caracas at 8:30 a.m. and from Panama at 11:45 a.m.
Flights to the Dominican Republic will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays, departing from Caracas at 9:30 a.m. and from Santo Domingo at 2:00 p.m.

When entering Panamanian territory, it is mandatory to present the certificate of the swabbing/PCR or negative antigen test performed up to 48 hours prior to flight departure.
Passengers whose final destination is Santo Domingo will not be required to present the PCR test, while those who wish to continue their trip on a later connection must have a negative PCR test result taken up to 72 hours prior to the date of the flight.
To enter Venezuela, it is necessary to have the swab/PCR test printed and performed less than 72 hours after the sample was taken.
